This is a special signed American Silver Eagle, the new US Mint Director Paul Hollis who is a long time well know Numismatist, signed a limited number of labels before being named the new Director of the US Mint. Current mint directors cannot sign labels so the number of signed labels by Paul Hollis will be very limited and no others will be signed until after he retires as US Mint Director, making this a very limited and hard to find signed label. This series of signed labels is limited to 2,026 signature labels, and no more will be produced. NGC Graded MS70, the highest grade, a perfect coin under high magnification.

This coins exhibits excellent luster which can be partially seen in the above picture's concentric circles near the rim under "LIBERTY" and around other parts of the coin.
