It led to the discovery of several previously unknown Monster Boxes of the 2016-W 30th Anniversary Cameo Proof of the Silver Eagle within the vault of the West Point Branch.

By 2019, the final mintage number of 2016-W Proofs has been made public for years. The law does not allow that number to be changed in any way.

Thus these Cameo Proofs existed off the books. The rules and the statutes state that they must be melted down, so that the U.
