The product is a special 2026 American Silver Eagle coin minted by the U. Mint which is one of 100,000 such coins stolen on January 14, 2026.

The stolen coins were in transit in Illinois to a grading facility when they were recovered very efficiently by the police. Included with the coin is photographic evidence of the heist. The coin is graded as MS70 by ANACS and features a business strike type. This coin is made of 99.9% fine silver and has a total precious metal content of 1 ounce.
