Struck at the West Point mint and bearing the "W" mint mark. Graded perfect 70 by NGC with certification number 5760006-060. First Releases pedigree with black core and eagle black label. Mint 12th Chief Engraver John M. John Mercanti is the designer of the heraldic eagle on the reverse side.

His initials "JM" are on the reverse side under the left talon with arrows. Gorgeous Enhanced Reverse Proof Silver Eagle without any spots or toning.
